They were super sweet and very professional. They were out of a certain flower I ordered and asked what I preferred in it's place. I wasn't sure what would look best so I left it to them and they did an amazing job! I would definitely refer them :)

Since 2018, I’ve trusted Thistle and Vine—now Lydia’s Lavender Lane—for flower arrangements for my parents’ headstone. Every time I call to place an order, the customer service is warm, helpful, and thoughtful. The arrangements are always beautiful, delivered on time, and set up. They even send me pictures afterward, which gives me peace of mind since I can’t always be there in person. It means a lot to have a florist I can count on for something so personal. Highly recommend.

The arrangement prepared for me, on a Sunday no less, for delivery to the funeral home was extraordinarily beautiful. The customer service was beyond compare—every effort was made to fulfill my request with the utmost graciousness and care. I cannot say enough good things about this establishment.
